There's a rickety old shed somewhere on Club grounds that used to be abandoned. Perhaps it had originally been used to store plants, or supplies, or as an outhouse (albeit a large one). Firstly: Duchess the Ostrich has worked out how to get out of her enclosure, which isn't too surprising considering it wasn't originally designed to hold a massive and powerful flightless bird.

The lambing post! Pretty much the end of the season now, but timey-wimey at will. It's a simple premise: pregnant ewes everywhere, packed lunches, kiddies (and adults) helping out. Night or day. Sun or shower. All that matters is whether you're prepared to lamb solo yet or not.
